I talked with Gašper (a friend of mine (whom I know from the C++ (fun programming language (basically the most expensive logical brain teaser in the world (no one fully understand))) committee (in the ISO (International Standardization Organization)) and conferences (I think for first time we talked in person (it was at a lunch with Lisa) at CppNow (2024) (It's a C++ conference in Aspen, Colorado held in the Aspen Physics Centre during off-season spring break (when everything there is reconstructed (including local airport's only runway (with hardest landing in US (I think))), the city feels empty (I love it there (unless rains (depending on temperature (sometimes snows (and then I love it (again))))), but (won't go there soon again)), most restaurants are closed unfortunetely (some remaind open even thru the off-season break (and everyday of the conference at lunchbreak there are groups navigating (their favorite path (thru grid layout of the city) optimizing not for distance but steepness (some (groups (picking which one join will change your professional career (so pick wisely))) prefer going uphill before or after lunch (which lead to a currious discussion with me and Chandler (same year as I met Gašper) I asked him why he seemed so disappointed (suddenly) (by my choice of path (bad one (but about that later))), he took a time (I thought he didn't want to share it (it felt a bit like forever (but that's often everything when I'm waiting))) as he tried to catch a breath (due to my ((highly ((if I remember correctly) as I was told)) problematic) choice of the route (uphill first ((but where I live) this "hill" would be just flat (perhaps we were walking on surface of a neutran star (that would be cool)))) and pace (sorry Chandler (if you really read it here (I wish you do)))) he said "altituted" and in that moment understood (and pushed away all notions I just had) and (never) picked the route again during the week (whenever I walked with him) (it turns out I have destroyed (much more than Chandler (one reached the restaurant he seemed recovered)) few more people (and I'm really sorry I remember only two names out of three (Tony, Jorg, placeholder (why is my mind putting placeholders everywhere?))) that week anyway as I took them to a short hike to see (absolutely gorgeous) Maroon Bell (from the road closure to the lake only) (which turns out to be 18km (11.8 miles) long (total (there and back)), and 426m (1397ft) altituted difference (it was somehow boring walk as it was just on road climbing steady uphill (end was fun (there was some snow)))) and take some pictures there (you can find them at (oh no, I didn't upload them yet properly)). )))) and they are packed and worth mentioning ((at least) The White House Tavern (usually JF's pick), across the street Bear Den, mexican Las Montañas (my favorite), and (I think the one I was farthest in Aspen) Kenichi Aspen with great sushi (few of my friends went there last day (which was also day of the Maroon Bell hike (and we went there directly))) (where we got a nice swag from the owner (because if you don't know C++ developers are really fun)))))) which is a quite expensive (a lot!) experience (try to convince your employeer to send you there (and even better, try to submit a talk (don't be afraid, it can't be scary, but everyone is really friendly (with exception of a monolotic group from a certain (financial) company with which I really can't vibe and JF saved me when I got encircled and it was awkward))))) and then a really lovely walk back))) and I have mentioned him I was always struggling with commas (and now when I wrote it I feel also with the dots after some sentences (can I have an emoji in mind? (it's my mind I can... so  (seriously?) 🤷🏻♀️ (better, I have it on speed dial (I hate Tahoe's emoji selector with invisible search, seriously, it's there)))) in sentences (yes, I have said that) (since (probably) first grade) (after I gave him a different attempt to present my structure of thinking, he proposed a regex to replace any parenthesis with a comma (but I'm really sure it would make me incomprehensible (so I don't like written form and when I have to I'm brief (and I know that sometimes it came as rude or chaotic (but it feels easier than expose anyone to something like this (which I often do to my friends, and close ones in a verbal form)))))) so I have decided to do an experiment to write my notions as they go linearly (ehm, it seems like breath search first) and it was a rollercoaster experience (and this concludes it) (with a little bit JS, CSS, ...) (uff wow, why?)).
